Marian Mark Bik

Marian (Mark) Stanley Bik, born on October 21, 1951, son of Kazimierz Bik and Aniela (Gardyasz) Bik, came to the United States in 1963, immigrating from Poland.  He passed away peacefully on Sunday afternoon, March 5th, amongst his 3 children, Christopher, Victoria (married to William McElhaugh)  and Katrina (married to Thomas Rajkowski).  He was 65 years old. Mark is also survived by his 4 brothers, Adam Bik (Shirley), Andrew Bik (Peggy), Ignatius Bik (Gosia), John Bik (Ewa), and his sister Eva Bezak (Bogdan).  Grandchildren Arden (9), Porter (7) and Jason (4).  Mark was extremely proud of his Polish heritage.  He was also proud of the USA serving in the National Guard during the Vietnam war and honorably discharged.  He married Anna Stephanie Mitchell in 1973.  Those that knew Mark would say he had a wonderful sense of humor, very intelligent and he had an entrepreneurial spirit. He was a good Christian.  Mark also thought “Big” which resulted starting his own company METAL SHAPES, Inc with his brother Andrew.  He loved to play Chess and have fun with family playing cards.  He also enjoyed boating, scuba diving and skiing.  Mark will be missed greatly.  There will be a memorial service on Friday, March 10th, at St Charles Borromeo Church, Hulmeville Road, Bensalem, PA.  Visitation starting at 9:00AM followed by Mass at 10:00AM.  Mark and his family were parishioners for many years at St Charles where his children attended Catholic School.  Following mass will be a luncheon at Fishers Tudor House, Street Road, Bensalem, PA.  Donation, in lieu of flowers, can be made to the National Kidney Foundation at the following address:
